SHIPPING

  • All products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 weeks for production depending on current demand.
  • Orders are carried by EMS SHIPPING with 3-7 business days delivery time, all over the world. 
  • We provide continuous tracking for every order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once we hand out your purchase to the carrier. Valid tracking number will be listed within.
  • We are not responsible for any delays being direct result of customs clearance or carrier processing issues (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc). We do not collect nor are we responsible for VAT, custom duties, or taxes.
  • Free shipping worldwide for all orders greater than 300$, for orders below shipping is 30$ worldwide.
  • Free shipping within Israel state greater than 500ILS, for orders below shipping is 30ILS inside Israel region.

RETURNS

Our jewellery’s is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Note that, 'buyer' is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. In case of refusing to receive the package there will be NO REFUND as every piece is made for specific measurements to order. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or in any other way does not match your order specifications contact us immediately to arrange the return of your order within 14 days.

The workshop is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer, such as injury from a fall, a fracture caused by a blow, please visit our jewelry care page to extend the visibility and life of your diviner for more warranty info please check our warranty page.

Refund

We are able to provide a refund within the first 60 days of purchase for items that have a manufacturing defect. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the 60 day period, you will have the choice of either a refund, repair or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
